The inspiHER Girls Leadership Retreat is designed specifically for girls in grades 5-8 residing in Fairfield County Ohio. The registration cost if $25.00 per girl. Registration is limited to the first 200 girls that register.

Junior High can be a time of sticky social situations and self doubt. In this session, girls will learn helpful tools about self care, developing confidence, and being 100% comfortable with being yourself. Girls will learn how to feel awesome and build confidence that only comes from being unique. (5th & 6th Grade Session)

Let’s be fit, fierce and unstoppable! Being healthy, strong, and fit provides a foundation that will encourage girls to show up as their best self. The girls will learn helpful tips about nutrition, exercise and mindset and how overall fitness levels will impact their social interactions, academics and athletics. (5th & 6th Grade Session)
SELF-CARE: Yoga Session

Participants will begin the morning with a powerful yoga session to help them tune out stressors and get them geared up for a great day of learning! Each participant will receive a yoga mat ~ compliments of inspiHER and Gentle Dental Care in Lancaster. (General Session)

Relationship Spectrum

The Center for Family Safety & Healing
All relationships exist on a spectrum from healthy to unhealthy to abusive. This interactive session asks participants to decide where real life scenarios belong on the relationship spectrum. Participants will also examine facts and myths about teen dating including the use of technology in relationships. (7th & 8th Grade Session)
