About FORGE
The FORGE Boys Leadership Foundation was created as a new arm of the inspiHER Girls Leadership Foundation in response to a question we’ve heard from day one: “What about the boys?”
​
FORGE is designed specifically for boys in grades 5–8, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and character to grow into strong leaders at school, at home, and in their communities.
​
Built on the pillars of Focus, Ownership, Respect, Grit, and Excellence, FORGE creates meaningful experiences where boys can learn, grow, and lead with purpose.

Our Mission & Why It Matters
Boys today face unique pressures—social, emotional, and academic—that require guidance and support. Research shows that early leadership opportunities and mentorship increase confidence, improve school engagement, and build resilience.

FORGE exists to:

Provide positive male role models and mentors.

Teach boys the importance of respect, responsibility, and grit.

Create opportunities to grow as leaders in school and community.

Help shape young men who are confident, courageous, and compassionate.

📅 First FORGE Summit

Location: Gallia County Middle School

Who: Boys in grades 5–8

Details: A full-day experience with keynote speakers, breakout sessions, hands-on leadership activities, and team-building challenges.

Registration Opens: February 1, 2026

High School Mentorship Program
FORGE also offers a unique leadership opportunity for high school boys (grades 9 –12) to step into mentorship roles.
​
High school mentors will:

Gain hands-on leadership experience,
-
Share the benefits of positive mentorship with younger peers,
-
Earn up to 15 hours of community service.​
​
This program creates a pipeline of leadership development from middle school through high school, ensuring impact that lasts.
​
Get Involved
