Participation in the mentorship program is not only fun and engaging but also provides many rewards and benefits.  

The inspiHER mentorship program:

• Cultivates leadership

• Increases confidence

• Fosters personal growth

• Strengthens communication skills

• Increases self-awareness

• Provides exposure to new and different perspectives

• Improves personal and interpersonal skills

• Looks great on resumes, college applications, and school accolades

• Provides the opportunity for mentors to earn up to 15 community service hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

• inspiHER mentors will lead a team of 6-8 middle school-aged girls throughout the interactive workshops and breakout sessions during the retreat.

• inspiHER mentors will assist in leading ice-breaker activities, facilitating group activities, and leading debriefing activities for their team.

• The role of all inspiHER mentors is to be a positive role model throughout the day by providing support and encouragement to all participants at the inspIHER retreat.
